Requirements for the use of high-pressure micro-mist humidifiers at construction sites

Construction Site Hoarding Sprinkler System in Shijiazhuang

Piping and Pressure Rating:

Main and branch lines must consist of high-pressure stainless steel piping, copper tubing, or high-pressure, explosion-proof PE/nylon tubing. The pressure rating of these components must be at least 1.5 times the system's operating pressure.

Pipe connections must utilize specialized high-pressure quick-connect fittings or double-ferrule compression fittings; the use of standard, low-pressure plastic fittings is strictly prohibited.

Installation Height and Collision Prevention:

Spray piping should be installed at a height of 2.5m–4m on vertical supports, perimeter fencing, or structural elements, ensuring it remains clear of the operating radii of construction machinery (such as excavators, cranes, and transport vehicles) and areas designated for loading and unloading.

Where piping crosses roads or construction access paths, it must be protected by a protective sleeve or buried at a sufficient depth; heavy vehicles must not be permitted to drive directly over the piping.

Nozzle Angle and Orientation:

Nozzles must be oriented to avoid high-voltage power lines, electrical distribution boxes, electrical compartments of machinery susceptible to moisture or corrosion, and unpaved ground prone to water accumulation.
